On the eve of the 1st year anniversary of DACA today we received our 60th DACA approval!
I am happy to report that all of my adjudicated DACA cases to date have been approved!
Not a single one so far has been denied nor has USCIS requested further evidence on any of them.
There have been bumps along the road like post office mishaps, delayed approvals, USCIS mistakes to correct along the way, but on average and in comparison to other immigration processes DACA's have had a very quick turn around.
