I've finally decided to take the plunge. I am officially a "boss", Yup, this week I've hired my first employee.
My business is now 3 years old, the first two years I did it all on my own, I answered phones, greeted walk ins, I basically did everything on top of my lawyer duties. Luckily my business grew and I became busier, so I took the next logical step and hired through a temp agency. I went through a few people, I am grateful for each of them because they taught me what I needed, what I wanted...and what I didn't.
Now I've found someone, bright, kind, attentive & eager to learn, everything I was when I was starting out so I decided to officially hire this person.
